What David Knauft doesn't like about The Picnic Basket:
We're very disappointed. The green beans were woody and we had to throw them out, they were inedible. The lima beans weren't much better. The teriyaki chicken pieces were very small and not very good. We used to like this place, but the quality, proportions, and cost are not worth it. It's better to either go out to eat for the same price or cook at home with much better quality. View all feedback.
Jen Jeremy provided a top notch meal for our wedding! We opted for a breakfast menu and it was PERFECT! All of our guests raved about the selection and quality of the food. Working with Jen ahead of time was a breeze. She was incredibly helpful in offering suggestions, and I never doubted that we were in good hands for our big day! Pricing was also super reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. (Something really hard to come by when wedding planning! Though we went with breakfast, the sky is the limit in planning your menu with The Picnic Basket. If you can dream it, they can do it! I cannot recommend working with them enough. For any of your catering needs, give them a call!
The roasted potatoes paired with spinach, roasted tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and onions perfectly complemented the sweet waffles with syrup and sausage gravy biscuit casserole. While I’m sure her culinary secrets are closely guarded, all we could say was YUM! Don’t hesitate to let Jen cater your next event. The first time I ordered food from there, I was shocked that a lasagna dish cost $15. However, I ended up eating so much of it that it came out to about $4 per meal. And it was delicious! To make family dinners simpler, I often buy an entree from the restaurant and prepare sides at home. I also make sure to always have a lasagna or chicken parmesan in the freezer.
The food here is delicious and exceptionally well-prepared! They offer a fantastic selection of dinners, lunches, and desserts to go, all of which are of five-star quality. Each meal is made fresh to ensure the best taste.
The Picnic Basket is one of my favorite places . A family member told me about this place a few years ago and I’ve been obsessed ever since. If I could buy meals here 7 nights a week I would!!
