What Christopher White doesn't like about Chops Hops:
Service was great but the food was bland. I ordered the ribeye cooked medium rare and there was just no flavor. It was very tender but I had to add salt and pepper at the table just to get some flavor and the grilled asparagus tasted like propane. The atmosphere was nice other than the A/C vent in the ceiling leaking on us but with how much it cost the quality is just not there View all feedback.
Absolutely fantastic! I've been eager to try the whiskey flight for at least three months, and it did not disappoint. It’s a perfect way to compare different options and discover new favorites. The drinks were excellent! I also really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts. However, I couldn’t help but think that the pimento cheese dip would have been even better with something like apricot preserves on the side. I had pimento cheese with apricot preserves at Trapeze, and I can assure you, it’s a game changer!
My experience here was definitely different from my usual dinners, as it was much quieter (though we did arrive after the lunch crowd had mostly cleared out). I ordered the classic burger on a gluten-free bun, along with fries (as seen in the photo). The burger was cooked to my preference, and the bun was nice and soft. The fries were prepared well and had a good level of crispiness. My only issue was that the burger itself lacked seasoning; the meat had little flavor and overall seasoning was minimal. On the bright side, our waiter was cheerful and more than accommodating. It was a good meal, just not quite what I expected.

We had a lovely dinner, sitting outside enjoying the beautiful fall weather. We had the BEST waitress who was so helpful accommodating. It was really a lovely dining out experience. The drinks were fabulous the food was delicious!
Always excellent food, and now they've got me hooked on their drinks they are deadly delicious! I highly recommend they're green goddess, but I also hear Garden of Eden is fabulous as well. We'll try that next! My husband always gets the meatloaf special, I got the fish of the day this last time! Staff is very friendly, and the bathrooms are clean. Good Ambience, and I wasn't cold, even wearing a dress! Can't wait to go back!
