I've been going to Circle Diner in Latham for 17 years. When it was closed for renovations, I had to find a new place and after driving at On The Hill Cafe many times decided to stop. Since my first visit it has become my new breakfast place and I will not and probably not return to my old favorite dinner, although it reopened a month ago.
