Dooley's in Waterville offers a beautiful restaurant setting with mixed reviews on food quality and portion sizes. While some found the prices a bit high for classic dishes like fish and chips, others raved about the seafood chowder. The view of the bay adds to the dining experience, with recommendations for the steak pie and beef and Guinness pie. The establishment also received praise for attentive staff like Kerry O'Shea. The fillet steak, crab claws, prawns, and scallops received high recommendations. Overall, Dooley's stands out among Kerry's dining options for its great views, good food, and welcoming staff.

Called in here on a whim when travelling with friends in the summer and were very pleased we did! The bar was busy with golfers, but the staff were very helpful and were able to squeeze us into the restaurant. I ordered the Crispy half Duck in orange sauce and really enjoyed it. We thought pricing was suitable given the location and quality of the food.

Really cozy and great seafood chowder

Stopped here for lunch on a bus tour. It was a cold and windy day so we got a hearty potato and leek soup. It was delicious and had a pretty view of Skelligs right outside and at the window
