What User doesn't like about Wing Wagon:
I attempted to place an order over the phone, but the line was either busy or unable to connect, even after trying with two different phones. Both my husband and I have cherished this restaurant since childhood and were hoping for one last chance to enjoy the best wings in town, but unfortunately, we couldn't get through. When we entered the staff ignored us as we waited to place our order for about 5-10 minutes, then when they finally took our order they were incredibly rude and dismissive. When they brought the food out after about a 45 minute wait they didn't bring any cutlery, and when we asked for some they handed us a single fork to share across 3 people. As for the food, it was nasty and overpriced. The wings we got had almost no flavor and tough as leather, we also ordered Chicken cordon bleu, which instead came out as grilled chicken covered in mediocre cheese; the lasagna we ordered was obviously a frozen tray lasagna and not worth the $12 we paid for it.

Just moved to the area and wings are a family fave. Searched up this place and gave it a go. For beginners as soon as we walked in a guy pops up from the back and he literally stands there. Not saying a word so we speak and his response is, what do you want to order. That’s definitely rude bc we’re customers and you work in this establishment where you likely serve ppl all day. Moving along he stares off to the left staring at the wall why he talks to us. Smh rude! We’re bright southern ppl so we aren’t so use to that type of service but we didn’t bother and went ahead with our order. The wings were good and actually had a decent sauce on them. My son’s wings were just simply fried wings with some type of unflavored liquid type sauce on the bottom. Popcorn chicken for my other kid were “ok” almost fried to long and had a slight scent as if they were fried in fish grease or some sort of seafood. Also the supposedly bbq sauce has an acquired taste.. I’m not sure what’s in it but she was not a fan.Lastly the chicken tenders were huge so no complaints for my Husband but they too were just ok. We spent $60 just on chicken alone, and I know prices are up as of now but that was a bit pricey imo. No fries, no drinks or anything! By the way we weren’t even offered any even if we wanted to purchase them on the side. Maybe in the future we will try them a 2nd time
Hands down the worst wings I have ever had. The wings came with no sauce but instead about a half gallon of oil,no flavor, no reason to ever buy these. I honestly thought I was going to have to contact BP to clean up this oil.
My favorite pizza in Watertown!! I like it so much, I'm going to order some right now!! Good job guys!! And, last year I tried your fried bread dough which was awesome (like the fair too) !! Keep up the awesome work I'll keep cheating on my diet with you guys once a week !!
