First time going to a Taco Bell in 2 years because past experiences at other locations were so terrible. Had an online order and everything was great, was prepared quickly and packaged great . I’d definitely recommend this View all feedback.

Never get any orders right..... not getting part of what I paid for. Maybe hire new staff..? This location sucks!
Disgusting! Never again. The dining area was dirty and unkempt. 5 people in the kitchen hanging out, laughing, talking, and texting. Placed order through Kiosk, it wouldn't take payment, asked for assistance at the counter only to realize I was cutting into social hour and I should not bother the staff with minor things like payment. I heard you loud and clear. I will never be back again.
Not open at 5pm? I placed a mobile order and they gladly took my money. Trying to reach customer service for a refund is a nightmare. Never again.
