What Genevra Applegate doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Too expensive and mediocre for pre-shipped, pre-fab items; typically, delivery messes up at least one part of the order, and now with only drop-off delivery (which is DISGUSTING), you will most assuredly NEVER get your drink or correct order ever again.Great stuff if you're a middle aged Karen who flips her lid for hot bread, but not for the average person who doesn't want tohave to join some delivery rewards system... Rania was the most helpful and friendly helper I ever met in every Panera. I had bad experiences with other Panera’s and this is by far my favorite Panera. I am often back
Express pickup time not promised as quoted. Could get very busy at lunch rush so even mobile order could take crazy long.
