Longway's Diner - Watertown

They serve the best breakfast in the entire state of NY and I've eaten in alot of them. I was stationed at FT Drum back in the 90s and this place was great then. I'm happy to report it's still the same great meals three decades later. Caution, if you're on a diet, go somewhere else!!

Awesome food and great wait staff. Home cooked food you can watch them cook! Bar for typical diner experience. Will be visiting again! Brooke was our waitress. Very attentive and food was fresh and hot!

I have stopped here many times over the last 30 years. It's always good. Service is fantastic and the food is what I want from a Diner. Definitely will stop again.

We stumbled upon this diner when we pulled off of 81 during a rainstorm. It did not disappoint. Home-cooked food and a very nice server. They were playing classic rock too! All in all an authentic and welcoming experience.

So it's not the worst diner but some of these reviews must be friends or family. The food is really bland. The hashbrowns are watery. They must boil the hell out of them before they go on the griddle. The biscuits and gravy are really bland. I will say the biscuits are really good. The waitress we had was miserable. Most of all this place is really expensive compared to other diners. I won't go back. I don't hate the place but wow what a disappointment. For me, my 13 year old, and 11 year old it's $48.77 plus tip. Seriously!
