Jimmy John's - Watertown

Good food, the sandwiches are great, but when I order online it always takes them 1 to 2 hours just to make the food and deliver it. I order in town and it takes them so long, only to realize they forget one of my sides, or my requests. I always ask to have my sandwich cut in half and it almost never comes cut. They will alway forget one of my sides. Overall, I recommend if your going there, but never order online.

Delivery is terrible, an hour to deliver, didn't knock make alot of excuses

I love JJ’s, but not enough to wait 2-3 hours for a sandwich. Kind of ridiculous for a smaller town like this. If you are understaffed, turn off delivery instead of making people wait hours for a sandwich.

I generally like Jimmy John's sandwiches. It's why we went there... I was surprised though by how abrupt the service was. I couldn't really understand what some of the staff were saying and the music was so loud that it was hard to hold a conversation at the table. Maybe I'll just do take out next time... Or maybe I'm getting old...?

Typical JJ's. Not great subs but does the job. The subs just need more flavor.
