What great food. Tried the sushi pizza and wings to start and that was Korean fried chicken done right. The bibimbap was definitely one of the best that I've tried but wish it had a bit more meat. View all feedback.

Food was great and arrived hot, but there were actual shards of glass in the tonkatsu ramen. Yes, multiple. Called the restaurant that evening and left a voicemail asking for a call back and didn't get one. Called again and the employee on the phone promised to have her manager call, but again no call. You'd think glass in the soup would be enough motivation to call a customer, but apparently not. View all feedback.
Ginger Exchange is a great place to go out for a quick bite. Fast and yummy Sushi, Udon, Tofu Jigae, ???? ???? is all ????. Sapporo arrived with a frosty chilled pint ????. Vegetarian pan fried dumplings were very good, as were pan fried pork gyoza. I've yet to try their BAO sandwiches but their sushi ???? is very fresh and not only tasty but very visually appealing as well. Hit this spot quick ! Because Who Does n't ?? ???? ???? ????!?
We came because I saw multiple people talk about sushi pizza and thought it would be fun to try with the kids. The regular sushi was fine, but we all agreed the sushi pizza was underwhelming. Decent restaurant if you are in the immediate area, but nothing I would seek out specifically. Honestly, there are other places nearby that we visit regularly instead.

Slow place with bad customer service. Update 08/08/22 Nothing changed still slow place with rude service.
One of My Favorite Watertown lunch spots. I always get the sushi roll combo. The WOW wings have a truly crispy skin even when smothered in sauce.
