Fastrac - Watertown

Nasty adjustment from the cash register... Seriously wanted to argue with me about the name of the cigarette pack. I'm tired and I went out. Never go back. She was just rude and evil.

I recommend the girl who was today in the register between 520 and 530 who had a number of people at the door and ringed on two registers at the same time to get people out while the other girl was sitting in a gray truck with North Carolina tags, right next to my car and laughed and joking around with the guy who was there to see her while she should be in the store WORKING!! You earn so much props for dealing with things! Luckily you were there to really work!! Hopefully you get more besides my recognition and appreciation!!

Store is not terrible but as another reviewer said they have a girl that works there that is very rude, every time I stop there I am normally greeted with a hello or I greet the person standing there and they say hello back, but if she is working she will just stare at you like you are an inconvenience even when you go right up to the register and say hello right to her face she will just look at you as if why are you talking to me. She has no customer service skills doesn't ask if you found everything or is there anything else. Then I buy cigarettes sometimes she will sigh as if it is so hard for her to turn around 2ft to grab them. Then will not ask do you have your I.D. but will demand your I.D. saying give me your I.D., also never bags anything unless you ask which then you are met with more attitude. I will be getting her name next time if she is still working there. Very poor customer service.

Stopped in to put air in our tires which was free! Thank you! Air station in great working order! Men's room was spotless. The coffee was fresh and the coffee/tea station was immaculate. Clearly someone pays attention to cleanliness which we appreciate very much. We will be back on our next trip to Watertown.

Surprisingly delicious pizza for gas station. It was hot and cold. Unlimited toppings, just $10. This was pepperoni, extra cheese and half with light onions. Don't tell me you didn't change. Would you have given me my pizza and Cola if I was 13 cents short?
