I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I went there for a large pizza during lunch, and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I was surprised to see that staff members aren't required to wear gloves while making pizzas. I observed someone eating a handful of pepperoni and then continuing to prepare my pizza with the same hands after finishing. View all feedback.
Man, I tried to deal with the Domino's in Binghamton for years, and they were always getting something wrong, or running real late, or something. This will be my 2nd or 3rd time ordering from this Watertown area Domino's. They cook it right, don't mess it up, and deliver on time. Couldn't be happier. When you want good pizza, and other Italian food and subs, just hit this place up, and you can't go wrong!
Very nice experience. I went there for pizza, big size and it was lunchtime. the girl who works there was super nice and very gifted. she herself took my order and made the pizza. pizza was great. very good cost and also toppings were perfect. beautiful experience. Thank you.
I'm very unpleased with the service tonight. I paid extra to have a deep dish pizza, didn't get it and when I called about it, staff fought with me about it. I was told if I need a new one I need to drive clear across town and bring the other one back or get my money back when they look at it. The manager then got on the phone and said he'd send someone to deliver the new one and take back the old one. Now I'm sitting waiting for my dinner and can't touch this pizza, because I need to send it back. I told them I'm willing to take a picture, but as a customer I don't like to be made out to be a liar.... To add it's burnt underneath
I just want to commend this amazing team. Having worked at Domino's for seven years in Boston, I know what I'm talking about. I order from here every week for a group of kids who are very discerning when it comes to their food, and we have never had a single complaint. This team truly deserves more recognition and appreciation than they receive. Best, JC
I tried Domino's for the first time, and it definitely won’t be my last visit! I ordered two of their new cheesy dips, and the moment I took my first bite, I felt like I was in heaven! Their breadsticks are unbeatable—far better than any others I've had. The thin, crispy crust on my pizza was exactly how I like it. I even had a nice conversation with the staff while I waited and picked up some interesting tidbits!
