Many patrons appreciate the swift service and classic diner vibe, reminiscent of establishments found in Long Island. However, experiences vary widely; while some rave about the delicious meatloaf and attentive staff, others lament the subpar coffee and inconsistency in food quality. Expectations about ambiance and service often clash, with some feeling rushed or disappointed by the menu items. Overall, while it holds potential for a satisfying meal, diners may find inconsistencies that affect their overall enjoyment.
This diner is clean, friendly, and has a classic atmosphere. If you enjoy a casual setting with delicious food at affordable prices in the greater Boston area, this is the place for you. It's easy to see why it's a popular spot.
What a fantastic find! Don't let the exterior fool you, this place is a true gem among diners. I thoroughly enjoyed the 50-year history...
The Deluxetown Diner has remained unchanged for years, reflecting a bygone era. However, the prices are current and not reminiscent of the past.
Solid Veggie Burger but they gave me one side of the Koleslaw (the milk had) after I made it very clear that everything had to be vegan. So ask a lot of questions. Read every label when you feed here.
Great place to take family and from town friends who are not vegan. I always get the cookies (corn cakes) with blueberries, and side of Tofu scramble. Large Mem tea options, but their coffee is surprisingly really good. Milkshakes without milk.
