They can get busy. The staff is good, but even when packed, they only use one of their cashier stations. One thing that's constantly gross, and my only real complaint, their ketchup dispensers have gross dried, crusty, chunky ketchup on the nozzle. I dont believe they ever clean them. They never make a hamburger as well as they say they do. I asked for extra onions and only got 3 pieces. And they use to be so much better than most other places that you would pay for anything. But its not really worth it now. View all feedback.
My family has been ill, so I have picked up ice cream , shakes, 4 times in last 2 weeks. Drive-up service is ok. My complaint is parking lot is very rough, potholes are very bad! I understand this is South Dakota we are hopefully in end of Winter months. I hope to see something done very soon to correct this issue. Other drivers pull over in front of yu to miss the holes. Accidents waiting to happen. They dont stop. I mentioned it to my cashier, he just shrugged his shoulders. DH

Got the cod over the years...really shrank...alot recently...used to fill the bun.too much bun.....pretty disappointed...
Awesome staff, incredibly fast service and the food is always great.
Food was good. Our order wasn’t quite right but they fixed it very fast for being busy.
