The receptionist informed me that t... read more I placed a pickup order for a beverage and two sandwiches through the Tim's app, but I wasn't allowed to enter the building. The receptionist informed me that this Tim's is only for Sun Life KW employees. Later, someone from the building brought me only a cup of beverage and told me that they don't serve breakfast at this location, advising me to request a refund online. I went online, and the customer service team offered me some points, but I still haven't received a refund for the missing items. Why wasn't this information available on the app? Why can't I get a refund for what I didn't receive?
