The cocktails are incredible- LOVE the espresso martinis and the food is phenomenal as well. I would recommend S&V to everyone!:

We were surprised to find this upscale fine dining in Waterloo, CHEF is really talented, food is so delicious it puts a lot of Toronto high end restaurants below its level. The attention to detail, presentation and taste reallywowed us. The pasta dish really stood out the most for us and the oysters were just an explosion of flavour in your mouth. Wewill definitely be back next time when we are in town. This is A GEM, if you love food, art, you definitely need to come andgive this place a try!

If you don't... read more This is probably the best restaurant in Waterloo area. The food is amazing and the service is great. The lamb tong and foie gras were just perfect! If you don't want to go to Toronto just to visit a fancy restaurant, I highly recommend this one and it willbe better than most places from Toronto. The only thing to improve is the dessert. They have some room for improvements. Wetried multiple ones but they were not that great. Maybe because the appetizers and entrees bar was too high.

This... read more My first time (and won't be my last going to S V Uptown was for their Mothers Day Brunch they held with a splash of Drag! OMG, what a blast us ladies had. This place is beautiful, fresh and serves you that elegant vibe the minute your food is placedin front of you! I felt like a queen! Although more on the pricer side, I honestly had no complaints because the food was purequality and fresh. The taste from my meal was just mouth watering. The Service was on point (I wish I had my servers namebecause he was amazing! . Everyone enjoyed themselves and we all agreed-We will definitely be back for me ?
