I left that shop with a bad feeling, and may not visit this shop again. Actually, I visited this shop some times, and was quite satisfied with that staff, but the attitude she showed today was very unpleasant. I wonder whether it was the reason for the NO TIP. If it 's so, then she made a really big mistake because the tip comes from a good service, which I didn 't get today. Moreover, I think as it is not a dine-in restaurant, there is no reason to give a tip. Anyway, I 'll cross out this shop from my fav places.

I I called to resolve it and ofdered to provide proof of the payment was told to go online and file a complaint about the app. Which I have done. I asked for a supervisor or shift leader or manager and the representative hung up on me. As such this location has lost my business forever.
