This starbucks is one of a kind!The staff are top tier, they always compliment me of the spelling of my name.Always clean the line could be 15 people long and they still make the check out process so fast waiting for drinks when slammed busy always I mean always still great timing.Thank you to all staff at this starbucks for making my coffee runs more enjoyable! super busy, was very uncomfortable waiting close to so many people. there was no good place to stand. had to go away from homeless or others who would come right behind my man and me. View all feedback.

The person at the register today, who I believe was named Sean, was extremely pleasant and helpful when I went to order a drink. They were very patient with me as I took my time deciding what to order. The service was quick but also top-notch quality.

I often visit Dieucks restaurant, but today I had the worst service experience. Janice, the employee I encountered, was extremely unpleasant. When I asked a simple question about using my loyalty points during a service outage, I received a blunt and unhelpful response. I was told that since they couldn't accept debit payments, they also couldn't accept loyalty points as payment. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction to other staff members, they replied dismissively saying it wasn't their problem. I used to be a partner at Dieucks and I know how things should work, so I will be returning to discuss this issue further.

Usually love this Coffee shop at Waterloo Square. Good coffee friendly staff. BUT today no toilet paper in washroom (which I only noticed TOO LATE). Dirty patio tables and overflowing garbage containers. Not exactly what you want to see in this post COVID world.

So It?s my first time to buy Starbucks at this location. Maybe she got confused with my order: I ordered Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Frappe cold beverage. She gave me a Peppermint white hot chocolate idk what she put cause I don?t see any other peppermint hot drink other than hot chocolate ? They still changed my order to my preferred one despite that. Thank you! 1 star cause the place looks untidy. Dirty wet floors..

A convenient location in uptown waterloo with amazing staff! Dropped by for my Starbucks fix around 11am there was a bit of a line. The lady who took my order the gentleman who handed out my drink were super friendly. Another worker also gave each person waiting for their drinks a cookie I waited around 10mins for my tall caramel frap! Check out my IG page @kellychows for more! ?
