Was Muskan Kaur at Osmow's a mag?
The food was excellent, cooked to perfection and with just the right amount of sauce. The employees, Jashandeep and Sandeep, provided outstanding service and offered great recommendations, especially since it was my first visit. Their customer service was top-notch! What Harm Gg dislikes about Osmow's:
I ordered a dish with large pieces of chicken, which really ruined my meal. I got a half-and-half, and there were also unexpected chunks of green peppers mixed into the rice. My biggest issue was the oversized chicken pieces, which didn't even taste seasoned. I placed my order on August 25th around 3-4 PM. Pathetic customer service..never recommend this location.
The worst serviced osmows. 3 employees making online orders and not taking car of in-store orders. How long does it take to get chicken on the rocks. Everything is already prepared. Put it together and finish the order. The online orders were not very longso I don't understand what the wait is for. I will not be coming back here. I will drive further away to get a better servicethan this.
Took my son for lunch and ordered couple chicken wraps with combo, one of the worst chicken wraps we had, to start with they are slow took about 30m to prepare and then the wraps were cold! Didn?t prepare them as per order, Place smells bad, terrible place,Franchisors should take a look at this place, brand is at stake, suggested my son to never go to this place.
I am a chicken shawarma poutine connoisseur. I don?t recommend this place. The gravy was so thick that it was basically jelly, didn?t spread at all. Half the fries were still dry. The hit sauce wasn?t sauce, it was chutney with a strong aroma of redchillies, awfully pungent. Their medium size is higher priced than any other place in the Waterloo area but quality does notjustify the price at all, trust me, I have tried them all. Thumbs down, won?t visit again.
