I got the mini poutine here just after watching “The Chosen” movie at the Cineplex theatre close by. I was hungry and thought of trying this place out. I was on my way home and got this poutine. This evening my daughter was at the mall with a friend. She ordered a hot dog and paid for it. When the young girl behind the counter serves it to her she asked for it without sauce. The girl said “no” and put it on anyway. Unfortunately I was not present to advocate for her and she was not comfortable doing so for herself. Such an amazing place to eat! Staff are friendly and always tell me to have a great day/night. I’d recommend coming here thank you NYF!!
Terrible service. Asked for sauce on the side for a friend who is allergic and she refused and put it on without consulting. Refused to give a new one.
It's boarded up .... Closed ... Inaccessible ... There is no fries to be had, New York or otherwise.

Everytime I visit this location in the mall I have a great experience!! The receipt says Lesley is the one who helped us. So I'm going with that. Next time I'll ask the name. .. but he does an amazing job . It's very obvious that he cares about what he does!! Props to him!!Kid-friendliness: Hotdogs is very kid friendly lol
