Although the pretzels are good, they lack the brown ans chewy outer shell that makes a pretzel, a pretzel. I 'd buy a snack from there again if at the mall but wouldn 't be seeking it out as a must-eat location for pretzel lovers. View all feedback.

The quality of the pretzels went down so much.Up until a few months ago, I loved having a pretzel from here every time I visited the mall. Now, the process of making a pretzel seems so rushed, it is not tasty anymore.
Whenever I go to the Conestoga mall, I try it for sure! Yum?
It is very hard to resist oneself not to get a freshly made pretzel when you pass by the shop.
They once forgot to make our order and we ended up waiting around 30 minutes for it. Horrible place, would NOT recommend going to this location at ALL. Also, if you read the replies that the owner had posted to people who have given negative reviews on here, you will see that they are extremely aggressive in nature. This is not professional behaviour and is honestly just sad to see. People should be allowed to share their negative experiences without being attacked for it.
