It seemed incredibly not sanit... read more I was in purchasing a pretzel and the girl getting my food together was coughing quite a bit, on my food, not covering her mouth. It seemed incredibly not sanitary and in hindsight I wish I didn’t order because I’m sure I’ll get sick now. More due diligence on health and safety is necessary when working with other people’s food. The pretzels are delicious but that was very unsettling and I’m thoroughly grossed out

Also, if... read more They once forgot to make our order and we ended up waiting around 30 minutes for it. Horrible place, would NOT recommend going to this location at ALL. Also, if you read the replies that the owner had posted to people who have given negative reviews on here, you will see that they are extremely aggressive in nature. This is not professional behaviour and is honestly just sad to see. People should be allowed to share their negative experiences without being attacked for it.
