Will never eat from th... read more First time trying this restaurant. Tried a number of takeout items. Gastronomic issues & nausea shortly after eating both my husband & I. Will never eat from this restaurant again.

My husband picked Chinese for his b-day dinner, which is Feb 14. So he ordered the food at 4:45, was told it would be 45 minutes. So we waited. At 5:45 he calle... read more My husband picked Chinese for his b-day dinner, which is Feb 14. So he ordered the food at 4:45, was told it would be 45 minutes. So we waited. At 5:45 he called to see if the food was on its way and was told it would be another 30 minutes. So we waited, again. So at 6:30 when it still hadn't arrived he called again and no one would answer the phone. He tried a few more times to call but still no answer. So at this point we decided we would just go and get something else as we had a pretty cranky 18 month old. Our food never did show up and we never got a phone call saying it wasn't coming. Good thing is we didn't pay up front for it. My husband called today to see what happened and was told that they got backed up and didn't have time to make our order and that we weren't the only ones that didn't get food. A simple phone call to let us know that they couldn't fill our order would have been nice. Needless to say we won't go back because of the poor customer service.
