Went there and ordered popcorn chicken, they made me wait 20 minutes. Then told me it would be 10 minutes to make the chicken.
Decided to stop for a quick burrito on my way home from work. I was second I line and all I ordered was a burrito supreme combo with a Dr. Pepper. The car in front of me was there for almost 20 minutes, and even then they were handed a small bag...When I got to the window, I proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes and when I finally got my order, my burrito was fine, the fries supreme was cold, and no fork in the bag. And my Dr. Pepper was a Pepsi. So I waited almost 25 minutes for half my order either wrong or cold and no utensils to eat it.Not stopping here again any time soon.
Have ordered from here a few times. Only once did the food arrive in less than an hour, every other time it takes forever. We tried calling the restaurant to ask why it was taking so long and they don't answer the phone. No respect for their customers. Food arrives cold, partially because it takes them so long to deliver it and also because they bag your cold drink with the hot food. The drinks should come in a seperate bag so it doesn't chill the food. Terrible service, will never order from them again!

Everything we ordered tasted great, except for the burger which wasn't spicy as I had requested, but rather too salty.
