I lo... read more I have dined twice at Bloom, a restaurant that is part of the culinary programme at Conestoga College. The meals were delicious and delightfully presented. I loved the desserts. The students provided excellent and thoughtful service.

We must have run into a batch of new students, as the service was very slow and i... read more This was our 4th time at BLOOM, and the menu selections and prices were great. We must have run into a batch of new students, as the service was very slow and inattentive, and the students seemed hesitant to serve us. However the food was wonderful as always, and the wine selection was more than adequate. We found the one dessert item Apple Truffles very hard and seemed overcooked, by they were easily replaced with another dessert item. All in all, still a good experience for us and we will be back shortly.
