Tonight, I was served very old fries that were nearly impossible to bite into, leaving my teeth feeling battered. The burger meat also seemed outdated.

The service was disappointing, especially when it came to handling customer complaints. They failed to address my issues regarding the wobbling tables and didn't provide the extra tomatoes I requested, nor did they acknowledge their mistake. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The onion rings were soggy, and the customer service was lacking. When I inquired about the chipotle sauce, the trainee attempted to give me one, but then a manager snatched it away and said it cost 50 cents. I was charged $6 for the onion rings. I won't be coming back and would not recommend this place.

Faster and friendly service, but nothing too special at the burgers.

Delicious food, always hot, but sometimes the line can take a while. still a great location!!
