Starbucks - Waterloo

I usually stop by this place for coffee before heading to work and always use the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the inside. I’d give them 5 stars because most of the staff are really friendly, quick, and consistently get my order right. However, there’s one staff member named Sue who often takes my payment and hands me my order. She snatches cash from my hand and almost drops my coffee before I'm able to grab it, making me worry it might fall on the ground or spill in my car. She often gives dirty looks, which detracts from the experience and makes me hesitant to return to this location.

The line is always long, but I love the morning staff. They are consistently friendly and patient. They always accommodate my requests for extra items.

This Starbucks has such a pleasant atmosphere, and I really enjoy spending time here! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They even followed up to see how I liked my drink! I would definitely give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it.

I love this Starbucks because my brother and I love learning new tiktok blends and they normally have lots of add ons but the people working are always very nice about it and even pitch in ideas.

It?s always busy but usually always gets in and out fairly fast. I have to say that there is an older woman who is usually at the drive-thru (not sure on her name) that needs to better her customer service skills. The times I?ve been here, she always gives rude looks and does not even try and communicate or even seem like she wants to be there. I get that the job probably isn?t always fun, but it makes me not like going to this location as much.
