I h... read more After reading all the positive reviews about Rockets Bakery on Facebook, I decided to try their donuts, and I was not disappointed! I highly recommend them! I had a cinnamon twist and a caramel pie roll, and both were incredibly soft and delicious! The staff was very friendly and did their best to manage the crowd. There's also a small seating area where you can relax with a cup of coffee or juice. Welcome to downtown!

F... read more Absolutely wonderful to have a fresh made bakery back in Waterloo. Been there twice and was so impressed with the flavor, variety and freshness of everything! Fritters are simply amazing....but so was everything else! Coffee was great, too. Perfect match to any bakery item. Spent some time talking with the staff/owners and it seems they are very happy with the response they're receiving. If there were to be a draw back it would be the popularity they've gained in such a short time means they sell out nearly every day! Go early to make sure you get your best selection! Wish there was a sixth star I could vote...won't be disappointed.
