Mrs. Fields - Waterloo

I love Mrs. fields cookies. I have gone to Mrs. Fields cookie store here lately and looked first look in their store it?s generally pretty clean. The counter is very clean and all of that jazz. The cookies are very good and very delicious specially their chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies are fantastic they are staples don?t you think. Very good for a quick bite and friendly to families. And the customer service here was very good and every time I asked about what they had in their cookie jars or their account under their counter they read me the menu which was awesome thank you so much keep it up. Great place to shop. All the stores are not too far apart with shaded outdoor seating well spaced among the shops. Food court is not too crowded on a Saturday.

Shop to you drop. I literally did, while my wife had to go into every store. Lots of parking, close to the casino, so drop her off first. Bathrooms were few and far between. Careful there are two Calvin Kleins.

As always good bargains to be found but not so good when the CDN$ is as low as it is. Also you need to watch as an example one item was $7.99 at the Bass store ssme product 3 stores over was $3.99 now that's not right and the worst is I always buy Mostly at BASS Al Marenger from Russell Ontario

The guy that helped us was wonderful!! We were buying a cookie combo for my son's friends birthday and we just didn't know what to do...he was very helpful!!
