Was Anonym at Ports Cafe a mag?
If it requires a trip to Upstate New York for an outstanding meal, then I'm all in. I tried the Delmonico Steak, and I can honestly say I'm already planning my next visit. This restaurant is remarkable. If you're looking to elevate your dining experience, you must try the mushroom berry and the calamari shrimp fritters—they were simply divine. I could easily give this place five stars just for the drinks and desserts... View all feedback.

What Aireonna McCall dislikes about Ports Cafe:
We were so engrossed in enjoying the incredible food we ordered that we forgot to take many photos, but I did manage to capture some images of the exterior and interior. My husband and I were on our honeymoon in the Finger Lakes and happened upon Port's Café. I'm so glad we discovered this gem because the food was absolutely phenomenal. We can't wait for our next trip because this will definitely be on our list of mu... View all feedback.

Great food, service and atmosphere. The chicken and pork chop were amazing. This is our second time there from Ohio.

When we arrived, we were promptly seated in a small area with just six tables. Our server was assigned to three of those tables, while another server managed the other three. Despite being the first to arrive, we watched as the other tables finished their meals before our order was even taken. We ordered drinks, only to find out that the restaurant was out of Tito's vodka. Our server offered to make our drinks with a different vodka but failed to mention that there would be an extra charge for this substitute. That came as an unwelcome surprise on the bill. We spent over two hours there and witnessed two tables walk out, likely due to the lengthy wait. Additionally, one gentleman had to cross the room yelling for his check because he had been overlooked. It seems that either the restaurant needs to hire more staff, or the existing staff needs to improve their organization and transparency.

For my birthday dinner, I’m really glad I chose this restaurant. It was welcoming and warm, with exceptional service. Our server, Jade, was a delight—her positive attitude and enjoyment of her work were refreshing, especially compared to the often impersonal service I’m used to in Manhattan. The food was excellent, and everything was perfectly timed. The atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend this place; I loved it. Plus, my cheesecake came with a birthday candle, which was a nice touch!

The food and service were exceptional! It's incredible how such a small kitchen can deliver at such a high level for so many guests. The prices are quite reasonable for fine dining. I recently dined here again on August 29th, 2024, and the experience was just as fantastic as before! I ordered the fried cauliflower appetizer, followed by the sesame-crusted bluefin tuna, while my wife had the fried green tomato appetizer and the pan-roasted halibut for her main course. We shared a churro cheesecake for dessert, and everything was excellent.
