Great food, service and atmosphere. The chicken and pork chop were amazing. This is our second time there from Ohio.
When we arrived, we were promptly seated in a small area with just six tables. Our server was assigned to three of those tables, while another server managed the other three. Despite being the first to arrive, we watched as the other tables finished their meals before our order was even taken. We ordered drinks, only to find out that the restaurant was out of Tito's vodka. Our server offered to make our drinks with a different vodka but failed to mention that there would be an extra charge for this substitute. That came as an unwelcome surprise on the bill. We spent over two hours there and witnessed two tables walk out, likely due to the lengthy wait. Additionally, one gentleman had to cross the room yelling for his check because he had been overlooked. It seems that either the restaurant needs to hire more staff, or the existing staff needs to improve their organization and transparency.
For my birthday dinner, I’m really glad I chose this restaurant. It was welcoming and warm, with exceptional service. Our server, Jade, was a delight—her positive attitude and enjoyment of her work were refreshing, especially compared to the often impersonal service I’m used to in Manhattan. The food was excellent, and everything was perfectly timed. The atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend this place; I loved it. Plus, my cheesecake came with a birthday candle, which was a nice touch!
The food and service were exceptional! It's incredible how such a small kitchen can deliver at such a high level for so many guests. The prices are quite reasonable for fine dining. I recently dined here again on August 29th, 2024, and the experience was just as fantastic as before! I ordered the fried cauliflower appetizer, followed by the sesame-crusted bluefin tuna, while my wife had the fried green tomato appetizer and the pan-roasted halibut for her main course. We shared a churro cheesecake for dessert, and everything was excellent.
Food was undercooked sent it back and the same was served again .the place has potential but bad service .i dont blame the waitress , she was nice but i think she had too many tables , had to wait long everytime for her to come . The vibe is good but the food and service was bad
