I hadn't b... read more The rising cost of daily living, including groceries and gas, has unfortunately turned dining out into a rare treat rather than a regular occurrence. I hadn't been to Jassies in a while and had forgotten how much I appreciated their delicious breakfasts and reasonable prices. My favorite dish is the Ham, Eggs, Hashbrowns, and Toast. Many places have started serving what I consider to be imitation ham—those cheap, oval-shaped loaves. But at Jassies, the ham was a generous, thick slice of the real thing. The hashbrowns were excellent and not overly seasoned, which I appreciate since I like to add my own salt. The eggs were also cooked exactly as I ordered. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cozy small-town café, and the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring my coffee was always full. The place was very clean and comfortable. It seems like there are many regulars, as the staff greeted several customers by name. I could definitely see myself becoming a regular here. I also want to try the hot beef; it looked and smelled fantastic as it was served to a nearby table.

It came with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans loaded with bacon (delicious!), and Texas toast, all for just $10. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly! Hannah recommends stopping by to give them a try. I’ve always enjoyed their breakfast because the hash browns are fantastic, but I'm really glad I decided to try the fish!
