While the Arby's beef and cheddar continues to win hearts with its robust flavor and friendly staff, other aspects leave much to be desired. Moreover, a troubling incident involving staff behavior marred the experience for one customer, highlighting a need for improved sensitivity and training. I absolutely love the friendly service and pleasant smiles on the faces of their employees. Very helpful employees and the service was amazing.
Sandwiches were good but could have been hotter. Mozarella sticks are a nice change from french fries and were hot and gooey like they should be. Staff was friendly. Overall a good experience and a step up from other fast food places. Not quite a four star meal but better than a three star.
About eight years ago, I was involved in an accident caused by an IED explosion. Due to that accident, I was left with a TBI that scarred me with a permanent speech impediment. Today I pulled up to the drive thru window and ordered my food without any problems. When I pulled up to pay, the girl at the window was very patient with me and was able to take my payment with no problem at all. However, I heard two girls in the back mocking me and cracking jokes/laughing about the way I talk. I found this extremely disheartening and disrespectful considering that they saw me at the window and had to have known that I was within earshot of them. I was so upset by this whole interaction, I ended up just throwing my food away when i got home. Marquasha and Jackie- (I apologize if I misspelled your names), I hope you both find the kindness in your heart to not judge those of us who struggle with everyday things that you yourself may take for granted. Take some time to learn about being considerate and understanding.
Can't go wrong with a good old beef and cheddar
Tried both doors for dine in at around 6:00 on 10/03/22 and both doors were locked with no note of explanation on the doors,,,, seems a tad early to be locking the doors for a fast food chain restaurant,
