I usually like to come here. rarely had unpleasant experiences, but last night I came with my sister and our server made us always very unpleasant. he stared us... read more I usually like to come here. rarely had unpleasant experiences, but last night I came with my sister and our server made us always very unpleasant. he stared us while a few feet away when he would come to our table (which was rare) he would not say much, he did not ask if we needed anything else or if we wanted to fill in when we told him our order, he went away, and made us all very unpleasant with hunger. eating was very good as usual,

I had a cry... read more I never received my food at the restaurant. It seemed like they had run out, but the other three people I was with all ate and finished their meals. I had a crying baby with me, so after waiting for a long time, we decided to leave. Despite the delay in getting my food, the other three people enjoyed their meals and were very satisfied. I really appreciate that they sell Red Bull at this restaurant. I'm not sure why, but I always enjoy coming here, maybe because I didn't order it last time? The bar area is also nice to sit at when it's not too busy.

We ordered chips and guacamole as well as 20 wings, half garlic parmesan and half honey BBQ with blue cheese. Everything was delicious and the drinks were also fantastic. I had a strawberry lemonade with Hennessy and my friend had a Pepsi. All of this came to under $50, which we thought was a great deal. We definitely plan on coming back here in the future.

Almost all the wings were dry inside and most were barely coated in flavor (namely the dry seasoning ones). One flavor (Buffalo dry seasoning) had literally zero flavor put on it, they were left completely plain. I spent almost $40 splurging for myself, my husband, and a friend, because I haven't gone to BWW in a while and was craving it, but I'm so disappointed with this experience that I don't know if I really want to go back to this location again. The skimpy amount of seasoning has been a chronic issue for a long time now, and I just don't think it's worth the money I'm paying even if it's BOGO Thursday.

Only place we have discovered in the area where you can get truly spicy food ? all the other places have these dishes with scary hot names that end up being about as hot as Mayoracha but this place is for real.Only complaints are: 1) it is DEAFENING in there even when there are maybe three tables full int the whole place; 2) they have aparty room that almost never is used but they won?t let people eat there when it is empty to get away from the racket; 3) theyhave outdoor seating that is almost never open on a nice day. So it?s deafening or nothing. Good food though, and you can getgood deals on their rewards program.

With so many orders going to kitchen he organized them all by number since we wanted 4 separate checks. Itwould be a 5 but the helper people who brought out some food were rude and literally dropped the tray of food onto the tablebecause she didn 't want to wait while we figured out who had what. (We had 2 long tables, he organized it because there was alotof food and alot to remember. if Kevin wasn 't so great I would have found the manager, who didn 't come around, and let themknow about it all.

One of those circumstances where the server would be better if with a flat pay and not need to rely on a tip. Minimal at best. I stillover tipped cause I know times are tough and it's probably management that hasn't trained them properly.
