Driving through Connecticut, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, and the garlic knots were absolutely incredible! I highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat. 5 stars! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Zachary's Pizza House:
Sloppy pizza. You have to pull off a piece to get the cheese to stay on. Reassembling it is a must, and finger holds are needed when taking a bite. However, the crust was quite good, baked just right. Honestly, there was too much cheese and sauce for a personal size/small pizza. I've had better experiences with larger ones in my area. My husband and I are from VT, but we live in MA. We always keep on the way up and back to Zachs. The pizza is indisputably the best. The garlic nodes should be illegal, their amazing. We never had a bad experience. The waiting staff is friendly and when it gets busy, the cook even helps waitresses!
On a road trip decided to stop in for lunch, the food and service was amazing. Definitely marking this place on the map for future trips.

I had the best chicken and broccoli Alfredo here Thursday night.
My wife and kids were on our way to Ben and Jerry's and needed a nice family friendly place for lunch with good food. We were very fortunate to come across Zachary's. The calzone was amazing and my wife and kids loved their pizzas. Next time we're in town we'll make sure to stop back.
