The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic with a very friendly staff. The food was good overall, but the Adana Kebab and Iskender Kebab could use some improvement. The Adana was a bit dry and difficult to cut, while the Iskender was slightly undercooked. The meat quality should be a focus for the administration. The desserts and delights were excellent, and we were even treated to two complimentary sets of... View all feedback.
What Carl Friedrich doesn't like about Sultans Turkish:
The food is very good. I was a bit annoyed that after I asked for gluten-free rice (Turkish rice has tiny noodles), I was served first rice with bulgur and than breaded French fries. They did make an delicious side salad as a replacement and did not charge me for it , which was very nice! I would go there again, just be aware that gluten-free options are somewhat limited. This restaurant deserves an extra star for its delicious food, friendly staff, and laid-back atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu. Don't forget to say hi to the shy water server. Service: Sit-down Meal type: Dinner Price range: $30–50 per person.
I had a wonderful time with friends at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, the atmosphere was lovely, and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend it for a dinner out with friends or family. The price per person was between $30-50. Overall, I would give a 5/5 rating for the food, service, and atmosphere.
I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and found the price per person to be between $20 and $30. The food was excellent, I would rate it a 5. The service was decent, scoring a 3. The atmosphere was good, giving it a 4 rating. I would recommend trying the soup, Iskender Kebab Platter, Bread House Baked Bread, and Baba Ghanoush.
Lamb kebab (has has kebab) tasted more like an Italian pork sausage. Not a distinct lamb flavor I was expecting when I order a lamb dish. Overpriced and under quality tbh. The appetizer plate with hommous, yoghurt etc was quite nice, but my entree left much to be desired. Service was very cordial, but for the price I would not chance another lamb dish here. I recently dined out at an Indian restaurant in Guilford and their lamb biryani was outstanding for the same price if not cheaper.
Loved the food and service here. The food was fresh, authentic and delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
