Subway - Waterbury

The hired staff are truly frustrating. The young man is quite rude and unpleasant, and the woman working tonight was extremely disrespectful as well. They seemed very anxious and overwhelmed with their tasks. That's all I have to say. They receive a lot of complaints and yet charge a high price for their service.

I haven't been to a Subway in years, but I've been to this location before. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the amount of meat and other ingredients in my sandwich. I ordered it ahead of time, and when I arrived, it was ready, but it felt much lighter than the other sandwiches I've had here in the past. I don't think I got my money's worth, so I’m not inclined to return.

Went for a quick sandwich. Two gents in front of us. Didn't even get to order because the only employee was absolutely slow paced, can tell he did not want to be there, mosied around with no sense of urgency or purpose for that matter. Customer service was absolutely terrible. We had to walk out. The boy was not wearing a hat or hair net with that longish black, curly hair. Multitasking was a skill this employee did not possess. One thing of many I couldn't believe: while waiting for the sandwich to heat in the microwave he did not do any other prep.... We all waited for that sandwich to toast. And they want $15 dollars an hour?.... The work ethic gave up two sales.

This is crazy today I went to there store to get a soda and the soda was $1.32 this is unbelievable they should not be charging this much just for a soda that I can get at a dollar store for $0.80 they need to fix this ASAP.
