Singo Sushi - Waterbury

Great service from the moment I arrived. eating is perfection from taste to presentation. platz has a great music and ora. will come back. 5star experience!

This place has the best sushi in the larger Waterbury area. singo is back and he is a true artist when it comes to his dishes. just visited today and they have expanded their space. it is now twice as big, and they have made a great job with the renovation. ingredients are always fresh and they can find some very creative rolling on this place. I'll always stop when I visit them.

I've been to so many different Sushi restaurants. It's crazy that Singo Sushi is the Best I've ever tried and it's right in my hometown of Waterbury C.T.. Do yourselves a favor guys try Singo's Cole Roll and the Blue Crab California Rolls. You won't be disappointed

Two of my friends and I go to sing go sushi at least every other week. It's a bit of a drive for a couple of us to get there, but we do like the food, and the service by Felicia is incredible. She's very sweet, and brightens up the place. I would say the quality of her service mixed with the variety of food on the menu are the reasons that we go there.

I wanted to like this place. Server and sushi chef were really nice. They had some interesting specials on the board. Fish was fresh but not very tasty. My friend had a cooked entree and he said it was marginally good. My hot tea came in a paper cup. It was like a fast food sushi restaurant at moderately expensive sushi prices. If I really want sushi and am in the Waterbury area, I may go back. But I couldn't say this place compares with some of the better sushi I've had elsewhere.
