waterbury does not have many options for vegans, so if they find somewhere good they think it is a love life. my job is always the Buddhist joy, oshinko roll and leisure role. they have all standard wings as well as some unique ones they do not see anywhere. drunken noodles and padthai are also good, and they have been making food vegan. service is great, the personal is always so friendly and sweet. great prices and... What User doesn't like about Red Corner:
I really appreciate that this sushi restaurant offers more vegan options than most, but I still wish they would expand their selection further. It's disappointing to see them moving away from the diverse choices that originally drew me in. If they were to bring back more vegan items, I would gladly give them an extra star, especially since rising prices would feel more justified. Despite my complaints, the food is st... The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the food was outstanding. Everything was served quickly as well!
The presentation of the dishes is impressive, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
The food was excellent! My family and I ordered four different sushi rolls, three entrees, and three large alcoholic drinks, all for a total of $178, which I thought was a fantastic value. Additionally, the atmosphere was wonderful!
Wow! First time at this restaurant and I’m so sad I haven’t tried it earlier! The food was all delicious. Their gyoza, crab rangoon and fried calamari were scrumptious. I had white tuna sashimi and the special roll of the day (black forest roll) the different flavors and textures were such a great concoction. I also admire the fact they didn’t cover it in a heavy layer of tempura, it was the perfect amount. My husband had the pineapple chicken with fried rice and I have to say their fried rice is the best fried rice I’ve had in a long time. Their presentation was such a nice touch on all the dishes and made our experience special. Can’t wait to be back!
In town briefly and was craving sushi. Saw the reviews so I decided to give it a try. I got the spicy roll sushi entree which came with a spicy tuna roll a spicy salmon roll and a spicy yellowtail roll. All rolls tasted almost identical. They all had a very fishy taste in a way I could only describe as like canned tuna fish. Obviously it wasn't that but that's what it tasted like. I also got a vegetable roll which was good, tasted exactly as I expected. The sushi entree came with miso soup. The soup had no flavor. I cannot speak to service since I got takeout. Was very disappointed in the food though.
