What User doesn't like about Mary's Diner:
The food at this restaurant is average, but the staff is excellent. However, the owner's wife and daughter go overboard with excessive compliments. Charging $12.76 for a waffle with whipped cream that is supposed to come with it is unreasonable. The waffle was undercooked on the inside. The place is beautiful and clean. The employees were all welcoming and sweet. Reasonable prices for a diner. They offered good coffee. The home fries needed seasoning, salt and to be more crispy. I would return!
Hadn't been to Mary's since they were at their old location. Was impressed with the remodeling of this old Friendly's location including the additional parking in rear. Even the new stone/brick wall is a nice added touch. Menu was comparable to other restaurants. My wife had the waffle sundae (with strawberries and lots of whip cream) and I had the Spanish omelet. Received food quickly and our waiter was very good. Would go back.

Good food. But there prices are crazy high.They charge for everything. Be careful on how many napkins you use.. LOL
