It's pizza, cheap, but decent. Although there is always a waiting time. But that's not bad because you know the pizza is made fresh. Now they even have a Hawaiian pizza. For $11, I'm surprised it's really pretty good! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
For the most part the pizza is great. But today it wasn't that busy and they had maybe three ppl working. I got a deep dish pizza and when I got home and but into it, it was raw. They are definitely short staffed when it is busy. View all feedback.
We were on a busy rainy day. The service was phenomenal! I was very impressed by the small staff and how well they got into conversation with the crowd. The food was fresh and delicious! Go on! Don't stop dancing and singing we loved it!
It's okay. I mean, it's Little Cesar's. I appreciate it for the cheap, decent pizza. Always busy, but not the fault of the company, but maybe you can open another place in Waterbury. But I'll make a...ok maybe two complaints. One thing is, I was charged for three pizzas when I ordered two. When I was given the crowd I thought twice, but it was up to the added two liters. I didn't get the little reception you always got with your order, and unfortunately I didn't deserve much attention, I had my babies with me. Halfway along the street, I realized I was overloaded. I sucked it and always get my little reception, even if I have to ask him. Two.... I think people are brilliant, but watch your mouth. I curse like a sailor, but not at work. This happened only once and randomly with the same girl who overwhelmed me. Personally, I was not insulted, but was brought back. Just because your serving pizza with your Waterburians in the lobby does not mean that you can skip the professionalism. Just an FYI.
Would write zero stars if I could. Showed up second time to find location closed an hour before listed. There were employees on their cellphones hiding inside. I run a restaurant; if these were my employees they'd be gone. Never coming back
They never pick up the phone. One time they had no coins and gave me only my change in dollar bills and kept the quarters, nickels, dime, pennies. They be closing earlier and I'm talking about an hour earlier, talking about it's Friday and they wanted to go out, very unprofessional, only good thing it's the price of the pizza.
