I visited a large Jamaican kitchen and was absolutely blown away by the oxtail – it was so tender and flavorful, it practically melted in my mouth! A friend of mine from Jamaica recommended this spot to me, and I’m so grateful he did.

I really wanted to give this place a chance since it's conveniently located nearby, but now I understand why it looks more like a closed corner shop. The staff is quite rude, and they allow their friends to cut in line. The manager, who wears glasses, lacks the basic courtesy to speak respectfully to customers. It’s clear that there is a lack of training. Moreover, the food is never served hot; it’s always just warm. Honestly, it isn’t worth $8 for a small serving of rice and chicken that typically has more bones than meat. I’d recommend going to Bertie's instead—it's a much better option!
