Ihop - Waterbury

The breakfast was delicious! The restaurant was spotless and we had a fantastic server!

Before the kovid was the service excellent. I was normal, and the staff re-set me. come back to kovid and the service is terrible and another staff. I have passed months before I try to age and not yet improve. Nobody answers the phone. on the other day to eat. saw 15 minutes on our stand and no one has confirmed us or something. the same with the table next to us and they were there before we came there. I don't know how this place is still open.

To be honest, that I never really like to go to this ihop because I always feel the eating that was always rushed when preparing, but last Saturday it was amazing, fresh and well done, we ate it all.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I ordered gf waffles and they waited over 30 minutes to come to my table and tell me they were out of gf batter. Then I ordered a dish that had hash browns and it came all destroyed (it looked like it was someone’s leftovers). Then I found hair in my food. Also the service was very slow. Never coming back again!

It was ok, they just needed more staff to help out with the amount of people arriving. Food was good but could be better can't complain too much. Definitely go again though.
