What User doesn't like about Hugo's Food Llc. Mexican Tacos:
Went there for Cinco de Mayo first time ever ,tried three different trucks that day to compare this by far was the worst for freshness the meat was hard with poor taste the vegetables were not appealing appeared to be spoiling the sauces were like water and bad taste even the canned soda tasted spoiled and came out of two cans on its own and made a mess if I had not tried the other places I would have been turned off... Dear Hugos! You're my favorite taco truck around and I make sure to stop when I'm in their area (sometimes even if I'm not lol)
Hands down the best Quesadillas. large portions and taste amazing.
Best taco truck in Waterbury. Don’t be fooled by the glitz and glamour of other joints, Don Hugo is the real deal. Cash-only but worth it. There has been times I forgot that I didn’t have cash and he told me it’s ok just pay another day. The food is delicious, freshly made and filling.
Incredible chicken tostadas! Prices were good and the wait was short.
