Frankie's Family - Waterbury

I've gone to these establishments since I had my first caffeinated soda and foot long hotdog. It's been a staple in my life, and I am glad that Frankie's is part of what makes Connecticut great. The drive in on Watertown Avenue sure knows how to serve up a delicious meal, as well as helping create family traditions and memories. There have been countless relatives who come from out of state just to get some Frankie's fare and experience the difference between fast food, and good food that is served made to order. They have to make time for the family gatherings at Frankie's, or their visit isn't complete. I've gone to school with some of the Frankie's crew at Holy Cross High School in Waterbury, CT. Those crew members worked hard to give the customers the best service. Even though the crew from my class have moved on, Frankie's still has the customer's best interest in mind. They take their jobs seriously, and the work ethic of the crew members is unparalleled to other businesses. I have been at Burger King, which is no comparison, where the people who work there are more in tune with their cell phones and social media, than meeting the customer's needs. I would absolutely recommend Frankie's over BK any day, as the quality of the food and service beats the competition. If you're in the Connecticut area, check out this establishment. You won't be disappointed.

Best food and best customer service you can ask for. I probably ate there more times than anyone I know. Their cheese cubes are amazing! Add nacho cheee and you have heaven! Their catering and food truck is great as well, they are our go to for our parties! If your work needs some better food contact Frankies, you can pre order food so its hot and ready for you when you get to the truck and not waste your lunch waiting. Keep up the good work Frankies!

Love Frankie 's and everyone there- especially Tommy who we missed seeing last night! Whenever I come 'home ' to CT that 's the first place I come to after my Mom 's house. The best atmosphere, memorabilia, and most delicious famous 'dogs ' and homemade relish condiments, and on the planet! Will be visiting a few more times for my 'Frankie 's fix ' before returning to Georgia!

Great local fast-food place in CT. Known for hot dogs,but they serve great seafood. Lobster roll was great! We would visit again if in the area.

Mom and I were just at the Reidville location yesterday. We had never been to this one before since we live right near the Chase Ave location (which we also love! . The employees could not have been nicer! The food was amazing, as always, and we love all of the memorabilia!
