Carousel Farms - Waterbury

I've visited this deli several times over the years. It's conveniently located right across the street from Home Depot, and I often stop by after shopping there. Today, when I arrived, the gentleman working was locking the door. I asked through my windshield if he was closed, and he waved me in. I inquired again, saying, "Sir, are you closed?" He replied, "Yes, but come inside and get whatever you’d like." Even though everything was already put away for the day, he was more than happy to make me a sandwich and was incredibly kind about it. This gesture speaks volumes about him and the business, and it’s something I won’t forget. I highly recommend this deli to anyone.

I genuinely enjoy their salads. My coworker frequently orders from this restaurant, and I've never had an issue until today. They completely messed up every order and took no responsibility for it. It would have been simple to admit their mistake, but instead, they resorted to playing the blame game. In the end, they are the ones who lose customers, as I definitely won't be returning. It's unfortunate, but I guess it’s time to find a new place.

I absolutely love their grinders and salads! The staff is always friendly, especially Becca, who always greets me with a wonderful smile. Carlos, the cook, ensures that everything is fresh. It's a fantastic place!
