Cafe Europa - Waterbury

I'm from upstate NY, so my bar for pizza is pretty high. I ordered through Slice.com, and even though it said the order had been received, the shop didn't get my order. Which I didn't know until I called to ask where it was. They were so nice on the phone, apologized for the inconvenience, but advised me to call slice. As soon as slice called Louies, they called me to confirm my order. They had it here within 30 minutes. The crust is thinner (but not thin) and crispy. Not greasy at all! The sauce is herby, I'm used to a sweeter sauce, but it is really good. I ordered Greek but replaced feta with ricotta, and added chicken. So I'm in my hotel room inhaling pizza, very happy.

Great pizza! Shop has a friendly and lively vibe, too. I’m in town for the next week and working nearby. Hope to go back a couple of times more before I leave. Salads and desserts looked great, too.

Food always great when I order. Cheese pizza topped with chicken is to die for. Meatball and chicken cutlet grinders are so delicious as well. These are my go to orders. Staff always friendly.

I always go away every Wednesday and get their meatball grinders. Staff is on point. Would recommend this place to anyone

Service is usually amazing and the pizza fresh although I wasnt made aware the countless times I have asked for marinara sauce with my stromboli in the past that I was supposed to be charged. The lady who informed me today was rude about it. #thekingjoshuaaa
