I got the Jumbo Cheeseburger with fries, the burger was delicious and the fries were crispy and well seasoned! Great experience!

I had to get dressed again and go back to the restaurant. When my boyfriend arrived, they still hadn’t even submitted my order, and he ended up waiting another... read more I had to get dressed again and go back to the restaurant. When my boyfriend arrived, they still hadn’t even submitted my order, and he ended up waiting another 25 minutes. Frustrated, he asked to speak to a manager and requested a refund along with the eggplant parmesan. However, the manager said they could refund the money but wouldn't be able to provide the eggplant. What kind of service messes up and then refuses to make it right? I am never going back to this restaurant again! It was such a waste of our time, money, and gas for soggy eggplant when we finally did get it. I am very disappointed.

When she arrived, the manager asked if her car was parked at the end of the parking lot, to which she replied yes. The manager then proceeded to yell at her, claiming she had taken his spot. My friend was perplexed because others had parked there before without any issues, and there was no indication that the spot was reserved for him. After paying for her sandwich, she considered leaving a tip but ultimately decided against it and left the store.
