They can get a order right it's not just sonic but every one of them I will never eat sonic again

Overall the staff is super sweet and the car hops are always friendly. It's sad that you can't tip them a majority of the time on the actual pay screens are never working. Best keep cash on you so they can make a living wage. ??
I got a rootbeer, drank all of it and was going to eat the ice… my cup had a surprise in it! A roach in my drink. What if it had come up the straw when I was drinking the actual drink? I am so disgusted.
I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweetened tea. Fries not crisp and hot. Burger meat over cooked and cold. Terrible experienced and paid 20.96 for it.
