Sonic Drive-in - Water Valley

I ordered a root beer and finished the entire drink, only to discover a roach in the ice at the bottom of my cup. I was very disgusted and concerned about the possibility of the roach coming up the straw while I was drinking. I give the food a rating of 1.

I had a mixed experience at Sonic, but overall the service and dining experience were excellent! The service was quick, our order was accurate, and the server who brought our food was very friendly and patient when we asked for extra napkins. The chili cheese Frito wrap was especially delicious!

I ordered unsweetened tea but was given sweetened tea instead. The fries were not crispy or hot, and the burger meat was overcooked and cold. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I ended up paying $20.96 for it. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated at a 1 out of 5.

I typically don't enjoy Sonic, but this particular location served hot, fresh food that I really enjoyed. The service was excellent, and I would rate both the food and atmosphere a 5. For a dine-in dinner, the price per person ranged from $10 to $20.

I'm not sure if there's new management at this location, but today I was either really hungry or these are the best fries and burgers I've ever had from Sonic. I've been eating at Sonic since the $5 brown bag special from back in the day. The fries were hot and perfectly salted, and the burger was dressed perfectly. I was amazed. Great job, Sonic!
