Qdoba
Description
This restaurant presents a blend of culinary delights and service challenges. Diners appreciate the fresh and tasty menu options, particularly the bowls, tacos, and vegan offerings, making it a solid choice for quick meals. However, consistency is lacking between locations, with reports of overcooked chicken and cold dishes. While the staff can be attentive and caring about dietary needs, some experiences with customer service have been disappointing, with complaints about attitudes and cleanliness. Despite these issues, loyal patrons continue to enjoy the food, underscoring the potential for improvement and the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I used to really enjoy this place before the pandemic. I visited shortly after COVID began, and the quality of the food was significantly lower than I remembered. After that experience, I promised myself I wouldn’t return. However, I decided to give it another try the other day, and unfortunately, the quality and portion sizes were even worse than they were two years ago. It's disappointing to see this restaurant drop off my list of favorites.
The breakfast burritos at this place are absolutely amazing! It was my first time enjoying breakfast here, and I really loved it. Just a quick heads-up: breakfast service finishes at 10:30. Like many local businesses, they've faced challenges in hiring staff since COVID, but it seems to be getting better. I do find it frustrating that so many restaurants now request tips, even at fast food spots. While I'm generally generous, I think this trend is concerning. It ultimately hurts workers because companies rely on customers to supplement their employees' wages instead of providing fair pay. Tips should really be meant for quality table service. In this type of setting, employees have little control over what they can provide since the number of toppings is tightly controlled by the company.
Customer service has reached out to me and has made every effort to rectify this situation, so I’m upgrading my rating from 1 to 4 stars for that! I ordered the surf and turf bowl for dine-in, but unfortunately, everything was cold—from the rice to the shrimp to the veggies. When I asked the shift manager if there was a way to heat it up, he suggested I go next door to the gas station to use their microwave, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the floors behind the counter were absolutely disgusting; if there had been an audit today, they would have failed miserably. On a positive note, the cashier was incredibly friendly, and I'm really bummed that I didn’t catch her name.
The food is acceptable, but the main reason I'm only giving it 2 stars is because of the customer service. Each time I visit, I feel like every staff member treats my presence as an inconvenience, almost as if I'm disrupting their day just by being there to eat.
No pork in my pork burrito. Paid $50 for 2 pork burritos to be delivered. I always expect the quality of food to be a little less when I do delivery. But there was literally no pork in my burrito. My wife’s burrito had some. I ate the whole thing just expecting to eventually get to the pork at the bottom of the burrito. Nope.. none… how do you make a pork burrito and forget the PORK??? I guess that is what I get for being lazy and not making my own food.
