I really enjoy getting a root beer float along with a bucket of chicken for those nights when I don't feel like cooking but still need to feed the family. The staff is always friendly, and the drive-thru usually takes about 10 minutes, even for larger orders. Everything tastes great, and I love dipping my fries in the brown gravy!

Instead of retrieving our food, she went to the car next to us and asked them if they had ordered anything. I recognized our full order was being cited, so I pointed out that it belonged to us. She denied it, insisting she had already delivered our order! I had to remind her that she had taken one dish back to get the rest of our order and even suggested she check the cameras for verification. Regardless, her attempts to explain why we were upset didn’t help after waiting for 47 minutes out front and 56 minutes total from when we placed the order. When we finally received our food, it was cold and inedible. You could literally see the salt caked on everything—chicken strips, fries, cheese curds, fish, even the coleslaw and biscuit! To make things worse, we were shorted an entire order of fries; we had ordered two large but only received one small. The spicy strips were drenched in sauce that was carelessly tossed onto the biscuits and fries. We took everything back inside and showed them the visible salt, but the girl who served us just smirked and claimed we got exactly what we asked for. When we requested salted fries, she had clearly messed up our order on purpose, making it beyond inedible because she couldn’t read our takeout receipt correctly. It was a disappointing experience all around!

I always or... read more I usually enjoy dining here, but yesterday my partner and I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a chicken famous bowl, and everything tasted off. I always order this dish, and this time it was not up to par. My fiancé's meal, which was a chicken basket or something similar, didn't taste good either. A few hours after eating, I unfortunately came down with food poisoning and have been unwell since last night. I won’t be returning.
